How to Kick Start Your Day!

Hey Guys! 
Ever had a long day , from work, school or some other things and then you decided to lengthen it by staying the night up! 
The next day turns out to be a suck up as you don't have enough sleep and lack energy...Or it can be one of the times where you just don't feel active...


We will talk about some good ways to Kick Start Your Day with Energy and Enthusiasm.

1)Have a Peaceful Alarm & Don't Hit Snooze:
Many times , we often set a powerful , mind boggling alarm that scares the jeepers out of us in the morning, don't! Our body needs to be in a relaxed, calm state in the morning and this will worsen things; have a mild, peaceful alarm that can comfort you when waking up and don't hit the snooze as you don't need extra 5 mins , because you have the whole day ahead of you

2)Have a Cup of Coffee:
While many will have a say of their favorite beverage , having a cup of coffee, especially black can be very helpful as coffee energizes your body and has antioxidants that can be helpful to get yourself going!

3)Meditate:
While this is a cliche method! Meditation really works! If one can spend 10 mins everyday closing their eyes and listening to things in their surroundings, or perfoming the 'Om' chants, one can easily feel relaxed and moreover, serene.

4)Exercise:
Exercising helps in a ton of ways! Especially if done in the body! It energizes your whole system, gives a good-to-go feeling, and can be a longevity factor for your health. A formula of Exercise + Meditation is a sure way of achieving "nectar" for your body.

5)Have Affirmations!:
While this is more of a psychological thing! Standing in front of a mirror and saying all those things that you want achieved or completed during the day works wonders! 
One has to stand in front of the mirror in a confident pose and enthusiastically speak about things he'll get achieved in that day, 
This trick has proven to be so efficient , many successful people use it.

6)Have a Good Breakfast:
It's kinda a obvious thing! Having a good breakfast consisting of fibers, proteins and
good nutrients.
